Compact and easy to use. I can clean my whole car out of one recharge. There is two suction settings but I usually just leave on the lower setting and it is good. Stores in its own little bag.

I had a bit of difficulty getting it to work, but my wife learnt to press the start button firmly. It has very good suction and ideal at getting in crevice tracks of our aluminium sliding doors. It’s very good you can pack everything in its case and zip it up. One charge lasts a long time. We enjoy using it. Clever little gizmo which is powerful for its size.

Purchasing this Ridgeback I was initially sceptical . Have I blown my money again on an online product ? Thankfully I was proven wrong . Wow I was actually surprised with this little unit on its features and benefits 😊. A vacuum and blower in one that actually works . I gave it a test and yes it vacuumed up with the filter collecting the debris nicely but wait there must be a catch maybe the blower isn’t strong ? . Tried it out on a job window cleaning and it blew the dirt out of the window channels and I didn’t need it on the high setting either . Very handy indeed to get into all the nooks and crannies where you require to clean .
Motor is reasonably powerful enough for little jobs
Accessories even though plastic aren’t flimsy( a storage bag to keep them together would be handy ) I placed them all into a ziplock bag
Protective case is good
Battery time is reasonable but will drain on high setting
Overall I’m happy with unit 😊

Absolutely great for getting in those hard areas. Great for the home too. I like using it on my stairs.

I love this thing. Very powerful, and so good for the car or those tricky places like skirting boards, window tracks etc. I would definitely purchase again, and am on my first packet of replacement filters - only because I wanted more. They are very easy to clean as well.

I have made some mistakes purchasing online, but this is definitely not a mistake. It is awesome.

I have a Siberian Husky who loses an incredible amount of hair and I’ve tried quite a few different products to remove it from the couch and car without much success.Then I found the Ridgeback VACU and what a little gem. It does an amazing job of picking up all that stubborn dog hair from our couch and especially, the car. It’s so much easier than trying to get the hair out with other brushes and removers I’ve used. It’s also great for giving the car a quick vacuum when it’s due for a clean, so it has become a really handy little tool to have around. If you have a dog that sheds particularly a Husky I highly recommend giving the Ridgeback VACU a try. It actually does what I hoped all those other hair removers would do

When it arrived I thought "yeah right, this won't do much" I had a bit of a struggle getting attachments on, but once i worked it out it was so much easier to use than lugging the shop vac out to do the car insides, and the dash i could never do with the big vac, and down between the seats and centre console. I was very pleased with the power of it and overall speed to get the job done. After washing the car instead of dragging the chamois out I used the blower attachment (another learning curve) to blow the water off, way faster than my old routine and it still had enough charge to do the wife's car as well. Worth the money I spent hoping!

Absolutely love this product! First, great communication received between myself and the company. Secondly, the product came quickly. Third, the vacuum is easy to use. It doesn’t take long to charge and I can clean my medium sized family car in one go! The suction on it is fantastic and the nozzles are small enough to get into the tight spaces with ease. I can save money now instead of having to use the vacuum at a car wash. This is not a scam. We tried a vacuum from Temu and this ridgeback vacuum is 10 times better. Highly recommend!

The Ridgeback is great. I wanted something small that had enough power to vacuum the car so I didn't have to use the main house vacuum and run cords etc. This is perfect. Highly recommended

Great for keeping the car clean and getting into those smaller areas

I really like my vacuum cleaner and use it in all sorts of places, not just in the car. It’s great for cleaning around window frames and along skirting boards.
I did have a problem with the motor stop starting, but reached out to Ridgeback who immediately emailed me back with practical advice on how to fix it. Which I did.
My only criticism would be the instruction sheet which I find difficult to read so have to look on line for some of the information I need.
It is a great little tool to have though.

I wanted something that was easy to use and use often without the hassle of a cumbersome vacuum cleaner with big attachments that get in the way.The Ridgeback Vacuum ticks all those boxes. It’s powerful enough to clean the whole car on a single charge. We have used the blower to clean keyboards and tracks around the house.

This isn't a bad bit of kit. Obviously, it has it's limitations, as one would expect from a small, 12v hand held vacuum cleaner. In saying that, it does what I bought it to do. Charges in a reasonable amount of time amd stops the floor of my car getting away from me.

The vacuum is a great size and with the attachments gets into most places. It doesn’t really have the power I was led to believe by your ads.

Small compact vacuum works amazing! Wasnt expecting much to be honest but it has great suction and gets into all those tricky places with the added attachments. Highly recommend.

The suction is not as strong as I've imagined but still good at sucking small dirt particles inside my car.
